Eurofighter Typhoon is a multi-role combat aircraft operated by nine nations providing air-to-air and air-to-surface capabilities in defence of the nation. Produced by a four-nation European consortium, it forms the backbone of combat air power across Europe and the Middle East. An 1:8th scale Typhoon model will be displayed on the BAE Systems stand - Hall 6 Stand 6-B13.
A desktop simulator showing the avionics controls of Eurofighter Typhoon which is based on the simulation software development rig at our facility in the UK. It comprises of laptop and mini PC-based computing equipment, a facsimile Typhoon Hands On Throttle and Stick (HOTAS) which provides an emulation of the aircraft’s displays, instrumentation and aircraft model set within a virtual outside world. The PANDA will be displayed on the BAE Systems stand - Hall 6 Stand 6-B13.
Meteor is the next generation Beyond Visual Range Air-to-Air Missile (BVRAAM) system designed to revolutionise air-to-air combat in the 21st century. Developed by MBDA, Meteor has been used in service by the Royal Air Force’s Typhoon fleet since 2018 and is also operated by Eurofighter partner nations Germany, Italy and Spain on its aircraft. A Meteor model will be displayed on the BAE Systems stand – Hall 6 Stand 6-B13.
